Can I send my postcard as an e-card?

We don't have that facility as yet.  We know that e-cards can often be diverted to a recipient's junk mail folder and never reach their target.  If you think this is a facility that you would like us to create on the site, please send us feedback via our feedback form.

Why can't I see my postcard entry?

Once you hit the submit button having completed the postcard entry form and checked the "I Agree" to the Rules of Entry, your postcard entry will appear on the site once it has been approved by our moderator.  We have this approval system so we can weed out lewd or offensive entries.

Apart from publishing the entries on this website, what other plans do you have for them?

Last year, we worked with Living Streets and through them to the organisers of the London Festival of Architecture 2010 - and created exhibitions in cafes close to places recommended by you! In mid November, these postcards were exhbitied at the Walk21 confernce in The Hague.

For 2011, Romantic Ribbons has been featured in Southwark Life magazine. We are organising guided walks to places recommended in London as part of the Cultural Olympiad in 2012.

I have a recommendation for somewhere not in London, can I still enter it on this website?

Yes please do, we love a bit of variety.  We have been collecting postcard entries from all over the world, so do please add your recommended romantic urban place, space or walk.
